Training in Customer Care

Management has organised a One-Day Customer Care Training for its staff. The training was held in the Resoure Room of the school. It was aimed at providing quality service and care to our internal and external customers.Some of the topics discussed were five key reasons why there isthe need for providing superior customer service, the importance of delivering exceptional customer care, excellent customer service requirements amongst many below.At the end of the workshop, participants numbering fifty four (54) were presented with certificates.
